An ethical women’s apparel line that is handmade in India using traditional artisan techniques such as block printing, screen printing & hand weaving. Designed in Portland OR by Meghna Dave who grew up as a second generation Indian American.
MAELU strives to follow a sustainable business model, we work directly with our artisans in India and donate a portion of all profits back into the communities we work with.
Our production is done by an NGO in Gujarat that fights for gender equality and empowers women against domestic violence.
